He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Cox (Gibby), Linda Eskridge, Donna Fetz (Perry Sr.) and Ann Burk (Bobby); his grandchildren, Roxanne (Steve), Stacy, Doug, Kim (Tim), Aeriel, Perry Jr., Anthony and Jordan (Bradley); his great grandchildren, Alina, Evan, Ryan, Peyton, Brandon, Jade, Cassandra, Jaxon and Averie; his great great grandchild Sofia; and his siblings, Raymond Gresham and Carol Morris.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for expressions of sympathy to be made to St. Jude Hospital.
