He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Page and Lucille Page (Egolf); his adoptive parents, Jack Hill and Betty Hill; and his brothers, Clinton Page, Jim Page and Jonathan Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Page; his children, Marla Wymer (Jason) and Brian Page (Audry); his siblings, Sherry McCoy (Glen), Paula Page, Judy Womack, Doris Pence and Harold Hill (Pam); and his grandchildren, Garrett, Molly, Brayden, Isaac and Austin Jack.
