She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee and Leah M. Johnson (Smith); her husband Robert M. "Bob" Bugert; and her brothers, Ken Johnson, Fay A. Johnson, Larry L. Johnson and Rex A. Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Roberta M. Adams (Larry) of LaOtto, IN, Melanie L. Mock (Scott) of Tallahassee, FL, Linda R. Bugert of LaOtto, IN and Charles E. Bugert (Cynthia). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Memorials are to Parkview Hospice.
