He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Theodore and Ruth Nenora Sims. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Sims of LaOtto, IN; his daughters, Kimberly Mundy (Jon) of Columbia and Laura Sims (Thad Coons) of LaOtto, IN; his sisters, Vickie Grimes (Lloyd) of Fort Wayne, IN and Debra Clark (Phil) of Huntertown, IN; his grandchildren, Piper Ann Coons of LaOtto, IN, Gaige Mason Coons of LaOtto, IN and Arianna Nicole Mundy of Columbia City, IN; and his great grandchild Shiloh Jay Coons of LaOtto, IN.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
