It is with sadness that the passing of Billy Lee Jarvis Sr. of Lapel, Indiana is shared. Billy, born on June 8, 1947, passed away on August 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Rosemary Jarvis; his children, Dana Marie Jarvis, Darrell W. Jarvis, Donald R. Jarvis and Ronald T. Jarvis; his grandson Justin L. Parkhurst; his grandparents, Thomas and Hazel Hosier (Mathis); his parents-in-law, Bill and Lavonne Hobbs; and his sister-in-law Becky Sue Orbik.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kay "Debbie" Jarvis (Hobbs); his children, Aaron Jarvis, Billy Lee Jarvis Jr. (Telisa) and Barbara Ann Myrick (Kenny); his sister Dorothy Weston; and his sister-in-law Penny Hormell (Jim). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lapel Chapel (1010 Main St., Lapel, Indiana 46051). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
