He is survived by: his wife Carla Phillips; his children, Alyssa Hubbard (Aaron), Kay Phillips, Hannah Phillips (Jalen) and Ava-Sophia LeNore Greenidge of Bonney Lake, WA; his mother Gail Phillips of Nolensville, TN; his brother Brandon Phillips (Julie) of Nashville, TN; his mother-in-law Jean Upchurch of Muncie, IN; his sister-in-law Annie Upchurch (Jessica Shuck) of Kokomo, IN; his close friend Sam Hunt (Linda) of Antioch, TN; and his pets, Ozzy, Nova, Olive and Dutchess. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; lots of friends.
