James R. Gerber Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2025, at the age of 80, James R. Gerber of Lapel, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James R. Gerber to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Gerber and Edith Gerber (Gibbs); his siblings, Joe Gerber, Josphine Pryor, Jeanette Murphy, Joan Rich, Juanita Nosler and Walter Gerber; and his pets, Penny and Larry Bird.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Gerber; his children, Myron Gerber of Pendleton and Jennifer Gerber of Lapel; his grandson Brandon James Gerber of Fortville; and his sister Janice Wills of Anderson.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250).
