She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mallard and Carol Mallard; and her siblings, Steven, Donna and Susan.
She is survived by: her husband James Blevens of Lapel; her daughter Jamie Lyn Norman (Nick) of Noblesville; her brother Frank Mallard of Noblesville; and her grandchildren, Camryn, Cheyenne and Carsyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
