He was predeceased by: his father Joe Richard; and his brother Kim Mills. He is survived by: his mother Idabelle Mills (Renbarger); his wife Brenda Kay Mills (Horein); his children, Kathleen Mills (Richard Hawk), Matthew Mills (Brandee Gordon), Jayson Mills (Rebecca Penn) and Darrick Mills (Konnor Kleinbub); his grandchildren, Micailynne, Jordan, Jaymorie and Jaxon; and his siblings, Jerry Mills (Jan), Jimmy Mills (Dee) and Michelle Banning (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
