Nancy Buffone Hinkle Obituary

The memory of Nancy Buffone Hinkle of Lapel, Indiana, who passed away on October 30, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Buffone (Murray) and Anthony Buffone; and her son Ronald Carl Husted. She is survived by: her husband Herschel Hinkle; her children, Cynthia Husted (Richard Ennis), Chris Husted (Julie), Kelly Champney (Rick) and Amy Banter (Eric); her brother Tony Buffone (Shirley); her grandchildren, Dustin Husted, Cody Husted (Olivia), Lucas Banter (Elaine), Jacob Banter, Lucy Banter and Parker Champney; her stepgrandchildren, Kelsey Champney and Mathew Ennis; and her great grandchild Wilson Husted.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lapel Chapel (1010 Main St., Lapel, Indiana 46051). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (9900 E 191st St, Noblesville, IN 46060).
