He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Shelby Payne and Phoebe Katelyn Payne; his parents, Sam Payne and Jeanne Payne; his siblings, Jackson Payne (Megan Hart), Eric Payne (Lesley Kuhl) and Samantha Offringa (Barry); his uncle Troy Rose (Kim); and his nieces and nephews, Maxim Payne, Kathryn, Audrey, Thomas Payne, Odelia and Theia Offringa. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
