He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Edward McMullen Sr.; and his siblings, Diana Ellis and Joseph McMullen. He is survived by: his mother Diana McMullen (Hull); his children, Chase Joseph McMullen of Carmel and Cassidy Johnson (Cory) of Tennessee; and his sisters, Carisa Ann Ramirez of Indianapolis and Tracy Jeanne Bell of Florida. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
