He is survived by : his wife Karen Frost of Larwill; and his children, Richard Page (Cecille) of Pierceton, Douglas Page of Larwill, Michael Mark (Gwen), Loretta Page of Claypool, Tracy Mark of Springfield, MO, Marjorie Cantu (Allen) of Ligonier and Sam Lambright (Damian) of Syracuse. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
