He is survived by: his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Self (David Stephens) and Douglas "Doug" Garriott (Kim); his grandchildren, Kaelee Garriott (Terry Warrick), Melodie Hall (Bryan) and Isaac Arueyingho; his great grandchild Raylin Hall; his brothers, Larry Garriott (Jan), Mark Garriott (Edie) and Dennis Garriott (Karen); his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Kimberly (James), Angela (Phil), Alley (Vincent), Jeff (Tonya) and Ryan (Johnna); and his cousin Brent Garriott.
