He is survived by: his wife Mary Rayburn; his daughters, Malissa Spurlock Hohenstein (Mike) and Malena Spurlock Crowe (Brian); his grandchildren, Grant, Garrett Crowe, Sophia, Kate and John Hohenstein; his brothers, Walter Spurlock (Beulah), Roy Spulock, Burton Spurlock, Delbert Spurlock (Kay) and Ronald Clyde Spurlock (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Roberta Spurlock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
