She was predeceased by: her parents, John Combs and Sally Bell Combs (Burns); her husband Owen "Bud" Allen; and her brother John "Bo" Combs. She is survived by: her siblings, Clarence Combs (Teresa), Gary Combs, Mark Combs (Sharon) and Monda Combs; her nieces and nephews, Crystal Combs, Jasmyn Boggess (Austin), Jadelyn Engish (Cole), Jason Combs, Justin Combs (Becky), Travis Combs (Betsy), Brandon Combs (Julie), Jordon Combs and Clayton Combs; and her sister-in-law Debbie McQueen Combs.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Laurel North Cemetery (15969 IN-121, Connersville, IN 47331).
