The passing of Marlin E. Stern in Laurel, Indiana leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 88. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl L., Sr. and Viola M. Stern (Hockensmith); his wife Emily B. Stern (Livingston); and his siblings, Ben, Jack, William, Earl, Frank, Herbert, Ernest Stern, Helen Bender-Spiker, Rose Marie Miller, Mary Ellen Sipe and Alice Leazier.
He is survived by: his children, Jacquelyn Benson (Bryan), Sherri Snyder (Jim), Mike Stern (Jill) and Wendy Denney (Michael). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and several stepchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle (7415 Somerset Pike, Boswell, PA 15531). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
