He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Mullins and Reva Mullins (Miller); and his brother-in-law Rex Isaacs. He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Ball (Dwight) of Brookville, Magan Halcomb (Craig) of Brookville and Mandi Maxie (Chris) of Brookville; his grandchildren, Garrett Ball (Kayla), Brandon Ball (Taylor), Ethan Ball, Kaiden Maxie, Gradyen Maxie and Logan Maxie; and his siblings, Diana Metcalf (Delbert) of Brookville, Shirley'Gail'Abernathy of Greensburg, Vicky Isaacs of Brookville, Indiana and Richard Mullins (Joyce) of Brookville, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
