He was predeceased by: his father Walter G. Allen; and his sister Sandy Ison. He is survived by: his mother Rachel Miller Allen of Connersville; his wife Connie Watson Allen; his children, Walter Matthew Allen of Connersville, Jay Watson (Amber Rosiello) of St. Leon, Joseph Davis of Laurel, Zac Scudder of Oklahoma, Laurel Watson of Laurel, Erin Watson (Douglas Fish) of Connersville, Patricia Watson (Derrick Lee) of New Castle and Wendy Davis of Laurel; and his siblings, Christopher Allen (Amanda) of Greensburg, Jason Allen (Angela) of Brookville, Jeremiah Allen (April) of Cincinnati, Johnny Allen of Connersville, Candy Reckers (Bobby) of Morris, Tammy Allen (Rob Pennington) of Goshen, Misty Dyer of Brookville and Stephanie Allen (Jim) of North Carolina. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
