She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Tolle and Charlotte Tolle (Laake); and her husband Chester Sess. She is survived by: her siblings, Charlene Payne of North Vernon, Maryetta Metzler of Arkansas and Ronald Tolle (Mary); and her niece Becky Jones (Shannon) of Scipio. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in honor of Barbara to American Cancer Society.
