The passing of David Lee Chapman of Lawrenceburg, Indiana leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 81. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chapman and Mildred Chapman (Gibson); his son Randy Chapman; and his brother Larry Chapman. He is survived by: his son Karl Chapman of Longview, Washington; his grandchildren, Andrew Chapman, Nathan Chapman (Amanda), Katie Ayers (Nathan), Faith Steenhoek, Alexis Chapman, Aaron Chapman, Timothy Chapman and Joanne Chapman; and his great grandchildren, Solomon, Indigo, William and Elias. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fitch Denney Funeral Home (455 Ridge Ave, Greendale, IN 47025). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Miller York Volunteer Fire Department, a cause close to David's heart.
