It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Gentrup of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, who passed away on August 6, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Gentrup to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gentrup and Dorothy Gentrup; and his aunts, Lorraine Arthur (Richard) and Gloria Jean Lauder. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Gentrup, Tracy Gentrup-Ruebusch and Tina Herald (Chris Lawrence); his grandchildren, Destany Dahms (Jordan), Jayden Herald and Kyndall Ruebusch; his great grandchildren, Kylie Dahms and Jackson Dahms; and his pets, Abby and Oreo. He is also survived by many furry grandchildren, and a wide community of friends.
