She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Ammons (Jockey) and Dixie Ammons; and her husband Allen Stevens. She is survived by: her brother Tracy Ammons (Denise) of Bright; her niece Kaitlyn (Josh); her great-nephew Colin Randolph of Indianapolis; and her aunt Carolyn Schwarz (Ralph) of Greendale. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
