He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Palmer and Margery Palmer (Underwood); and his siblings, Sandy Looney and Robert Palmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Palmer of Lawrenceburg, Indiana and Deborah Winters (David) of Lawrenceburg, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, along with other family members and friends.
