We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2026, at the age of 87, Edward C. Braemer Sr. of Lawrenceburg, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Braemer and Blossom Braemer (Samburgh); and his siblings, Walter, Bud, Craig, Patricia and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Braemer (Martin); his children, Thomas E. Braemer (Leslie Braemer), Edward C. Braemer Jr. (Jennifer Fair), Mark A. Braemer (Alex Fornwald) and Sian C. Bitner-Kearney (David Kearney); his grandchildren, Sean M, Thomas E. Jr., Megan, Emma-Leigh, Andrea L., Kristen, Erin and Liam M.; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Ender, Basil, Eloise and Gisselle; and his brother Raymond Braemer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home (219 Mechanic St, Aurora, IN 47001). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
