He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Kuster and Maude Kuster (Ford); the mother of his child Pauline; and his brother Russell Kuster. He is survived by: his daughter Sheree Kuster of Lawrenceburg; his siblings, Harry Kuster of Milford, Ohio and Annamae Kinnett of Frankton, Indiana; his grandchildren, Nickolas, Alicia Hudson of Lawrenceburg and Thomas Kuster of Indiana; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Kuster, Kalyb Selmeyer, Karygan Selmeyer, Keltyn Selmeyer and Colston Kuster; his great great grandchildren, Kingston, Aubrey and Everleigh; and his niece Debi Jones.

Memorials may be given in honor of Howard to the family.
