She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester High and Mabel High (Shoup); her husband Bert Frank; and her son-in-law Dan Toon. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Toon and Brad Frank (Julie); her grandchildren, Bryan Frank, Patrick Toon and Marcy Anderson (Troy); and her great grandchild Ashlyn Anderson. She is also survived by several extended family members and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hamline Chapel United Methodist Church (102 W High St, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025).
