She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester High and Mabel High (Shoup); her husband Bert Frank; and her son-in-law Dan Toon. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Toon and Brad Frank (Julie); her grandchildren, Bryan Frank, Patrick Toon and Marcy Anderson (Troy); and her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Drew and Jace Anderson. She is also survived by several extended family members and dear friends.
