With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra Kay Rea (Lawrenceburg, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Sandra find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Schwenk and Patricia Schwenk (Beck); her aunt Alice; and her uncle Kenneth Beck. She is survived by: her husband Fred Rea of Greendale; and her daughter Hannah Rea of Indianapolis.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (542 Walnut St, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary of the Woods https://spsmw.org or the Alzheimer's Association.
