He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bates Rutledge and Bertha Rutledge (Roberts); and his sister Julie Mitchell (Donnie). He is survived by: his siblings, Dedra Rutledge, Cecil Rutledge, Patsy Neace (Dennis), Darla Rutledge, Donnie Rutledge (Mary Beth), Rebecca Fleek (Bobby), Chasity Snyder (Donald) and Michael Rutledge; and his siblings' children, Elizabeth Craig, Kimberly Rutledge, Ashlee Rutledge, David Fleek, Kevin Fleek, Katie Fleek, Brittany Moritz, Mickayla Bernius, Grant Ashcraft, Morgan Rutledge, Kourtney Rutledge, Lane Klump, Dakota Rutledge and Dalton Lageman.
