He is survived by : his children, Rob West of Cincinnati, OH and Kristy Hehman (Mark) of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings, Kim West (Dixie) of Clarksville, OH, Vera Slayback (Jerry) of Columbus, IN and Linda Hyde (Larry) of Moores Hill, IN; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Blake, Claire, Andrew, Michael, Cole and Reid.
