We announce the death of Edna Rice of Leavenworth, Indiana, who passed away on September 9, 2026, at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raliegh Hensley and Pauline Hensley (Davidson); and her brothers, Reese Hensley and Carlos Hensley. She is survived by: her husband William Rice; her children, Veronica Byerly (Jason) and Leslie Rice; her grandchildren, Seth Fell, Baylee Paskaitis (Steven), Sage Fell and Eli Fell; and her sister Georgia Hensley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Denbo Funeral Home (628 IN-64, English, IN 47118). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
