It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Hope Griffin in Leavenworth, Indiana, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank R. Thompson and Geraldine Thompson (Wessel); her brothers, Ron, Terry and Gary "Bub" Thompson; her brother-in-law Dan Muscatello; and her nephew Todd Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Louie; her sons, Tony Griffin (Janice) and Cory Griffin (Eva); and her grandchildren, Julia Rose Griffin, Elyse Renee Griffin, Jimmy Smith (Megan) and Corey Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
The family requests that contributions in Marilyn's memory be made to St. Elizabeth-Catholic Charities or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
