She is survived by: her children, Anthony Parr (Hope) of Louisville, Kentucky and Katie Parr (Ashley) of Irvington, Kentucky; her brothers, Richard of Marengo, Indiana, Michael of Marengo, Indiana and Brian Johnson of Marengo, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Blake Parr, Nevaeh Parr, Terra Carrico, Emma-Rae Parr and Hunter Parr.
