She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Fox and Lois Fox (Fast); and her brothers, Richard Fox, Robert Fox and Edward Fox, Sr..
She is survived by: her former husband Robert H. McNutt; her son Michael R. McNutt (Jacquelyn) of Lebanon; her grandsons, Ryan McNutt of Indianapolis and Stephen McNutt (Breh) of Lebanon; and her great grandchildren, Conner Meredith, Abigail McNutt and Lillian McNutt.
