He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Austin and Juanita Geraldine Smith (Dickerson); his sister Maridell Summers; and his sister-in-law Janice Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Yvonne Cristine Agnew (John) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Max Griffin Agnew and Charli Rose Agnew; his close friend Janet Wright of Lebanon; and his brothers, Jack Allen (Jill) of Lebanon, Leon Smith of Lebanon and Robert E. Smith of Beech Grove. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
