She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Johnson (Oaks) and Leonard Johnson, Jr.; and her brother Kenneth. She is survived by: her former husband John Thomas Stultz; her husband Russell Ervin of Lebanon; her daughters, Angela Rittenhouse (Glenn) of Indianapolis, Elizabeth Hahn (Lance) of Lebanon and Becky Norris of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Devon Rittenhouse (Allie), Aiden Norris, Gillian Trent, Laney Trent, Kylen Trent and Dylan Trent; and her great grandchild Liliana Aimeé Rittenhouse. She is also survived by her three daughters and loved being a grandmother to her six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in Diana's memory to the Boone County Cancer Society or to Paradigm Hospice.
