She is survived by: her husband Eugene Smith; her children, Rodney Smith (Lori) of Mooresville, Reggie Smith (Gretchen) of Lebanon and Holly Truitt (Joe) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Amber Thompson (Ernie), Gracie Smith, Todd Smith (Makayla), Ashley Knuth (Kris), Joshua Truitt (Sofia), Noah Truitt (Gwen) and Megan Truitt; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Ben Thompson, Asher, Hazel Smith, Karter Knuth and Lucia Truitt.
