He was predeceased by: his father Richard Forest Dillow; and his half-sister Ann New. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Mae New (Neal); his close friend Vicki Manning; his children, Corey Dillow and Casandra Spiegel (Mike); and his sisters, Conita Stockton and Debra Dillow. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary (1502 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
