He was predeceased by: his former wife Stacey L. Vail; his mother Carol Sweazy; and his brother Ralph. He is survived by: his wife Jane L. Vail; his children, Jeffrey A. Vail Jr. (Melissa) and Pamela J. Vail; his grandsons, Christopher (Cassandra), Shelby and Chase (Diamond); his great grandchildren, Alora, Theodore and Moses; and his brothers, Kevin (Clare) and Eric (Janice).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the Five Loaves Two Fishes Food Pantry, in care of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
