He is survived by: his children, Mark Eavey (Jessica) of Lebanon, Monica Eavey of Lebanon and Tamera Eavey of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Madison Moyer (Cordell), Brandon Eavey, Phoenix Eavey, Jennifer Ricci and Dreivayn Wera; his great grandchild Finn Moyer; and his siblings, Bob Eavey (Janice) of Lafayette, Larry Eavey of Avon and Jackie Clemens of Lebanon.
