She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond R. Heath and Dorothy I. Heath (Cunningham). She is survived by: her daughters, Tamra L. "Tammy" Miller of Arizona, Jacqueline A. "Jackie" Birsfield of Texas and Elizabeth Sue Schnur of Kirklin; and her grandchildren, Alexia Lopez, Matthew McQuern and Hunter Birsfield. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
