He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Kettelhut and Marietta Kettelhut; and his wife Susanne Elizabeth Kettelhut (Winkler). He is survived by: his children, Karen Reifler (David), Kurt Kettelhut (Mary Ellen), Eric Kettelhut (Louisa), Ann Noe (David) and Mark Kettelhut (Amber); his grandchildren, Karl (Hattie), Sarah Botbyl (Brook), Ryan, Connor, Kara Genther, Kara Hunt (Nate), Kelsey, Molly, Elisa, Anabelle Kettelhut, Jane and Henry Kettelhut; his great grandchildren, Karl, Evie Kettelhut and Ryne Hunt; and his sister Mary Ann Combs of Austin, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed in his memory to the Kappa Sigma Fraternity national organization.
