She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Tyree and Laverne Tyree (Kinslow); her spouse Jackie Wayne "Jack" Maddox; and her siblings, Evie Neese, James Tyree (Audrey), Wayne Tyree and Bill Tyree.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly J. Maddox of Lebanon; her granddaughter Keli "Nichole" Giles of Lebanon; and her sisters, Dorothy Kincaid (Paul) of Jamestown and Ruth Ann Tyler of Lebanon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed in her memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
