He is survived by: his sons, Chad Shockley (Lacy) of Lebanon, Ora "Ory" Shockley (Brandi) of Lebanon and Corey Shockley of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Bentley, Braylie, Brogan, Gabriella and Xavier; and his siblings, Chris Shockley (Amanda) of Dover and Jennifer Shockley Ballinger of Lebanon.
