He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Frederick and Margaret Maxwell (Doyle); his spouse Minda Marie Maxwell (Johnson); and his siblings, Floyd Maxwell, Lloyd Maxwell, Carl Maxwell, Kenneth Maxwell and Dora Minnie Isenhower.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Maxwell (Debbie) of Brownsburg and Gary Maxwell of Crawfordsville; his granddaughter Paula Trafford of Lebanon; and his sister Mabel Jarrett.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ursday Strawmyer & Drury Funeral and Cremation Service (2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary (2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052).
