We announce the death of Raymond Earl Roberts in Lebanon, Indiana, born in Donalsonville, Georgia, who passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 87. Raymond will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Roberts; his parents, John B. Roberts and Jessie Edna Roberts; his grandson Steven Ray Roberts; and his siblings, William Ralph Roberts and Betty Ann Dickerson.

He is survived by: his children, Randy W. Roberts (Jane) of Mooresville, Raymond Scott Roberts (Heather) of Sheridan, Brian Keith Roberts (Jenny) of Sheridan, Sandra K. Roberts of Sheridan and Janet Sue Roberts of Thorntown; his grandchildren, Christopher Phillips, Rafael Esmundo (Kelsie), Rachel Thomas (Brandon), Michael "Alex" Noonan (Sarah), Emily Hale (Bryce), Jacob Roberts, Megan Conn, Drew Roberts, Evan Roberts and Levi Crouch; his great grandchildren, Cooper Hale, Dawson Hale, Finn Phillips, Hadley Phillips, Tripp Phillips, Marley Phillips, Luke Roberts, Marcus Roberts, Julius Roberts, Phoebe Esmundo, Phoenix Esmundo, Braxton Thomas and Berkley Thomas; and his sister Mary Alice Morris.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bible Church of Sheridan (1478 State Rte 38, Sheridan, IN 46069). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Crown View Cemetery (4056 W State Rd 38, Sheridan, IN 46069).
