He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Ermine Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Carla Phillips; his daughter Lindsey Nebrich (James) of Phoenix, Arizona; his pets, Ginger, Tank, Zoey and Sophie; his brother-in-law Ron Hinkle (Bobbie) of Logansport, Indiana; and his sibling's children, Taylor Hinkle (Rayme) of Lafayette, Indiana, Christopher Wheetley (Nicole) of Peru and Michael Robinson (Amanda) of Logansport. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary (2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
