He is survived by: his wife Carla Phillips; his daughter Lindsey Nebrich (James) of Phoenix, Arizona; his pets, Ginger, Tank, Zoey and Sophie; his brother-in-law Ron Hinkle (Bobbie) of Logansport, Indiana; his niece Taylor Hinkle (Rayme) of Lafayette, Indiana; and his nephews, Christopher Wheetley (Nicole) of Peru and Michael Robinson (Amanda) of Logansport. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
