He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spencer and Mildred Spencer (Burgin); and his siblings, Judith Genrich, William Spencer, Rebecca Streeter and Patricia Schlom.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert B. Spencer (Dru) and Michael Spencer (JD); his granddaughters, Olivia, Gabrielle and Natalie Malerich; his sister Linda Guyer (Lee); and his former wife Theresa Spencer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
