She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel St. Clair and Mae B. Johns (Fosnight); her husband Melvin Fairfield, Sr.; her siblings, Kenneth Johns and Patty Ashley; and her daughter-in-law Rebecca Fairfield.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin Fairfield (Rosie) of Florida, Mark Fairfield (Joyce) of Tipton, Donald Fairfield of Lebanon and Tammy Ballard of Lebanon. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the Humane Society of Boone County.
