She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Hale and Gracie M. Hale (Cliff); her husband Gary G. Twitty, Sr.; her son Gary Gene Twitty, Jr.; and her brother Gary Hale.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Twitty of Lakeland, Duane Twitty of Lebanon and Crystal Twitty (Michael Swick) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Kya Twitty, Trinity Lewis (Parker), Josh Twitty, Eric Twitty, Ashley Twitty, Katlyn Twitty and Hailey Twitty; and her siblings, John Hale (Lois), Wayne Lakes (Cheryl), Reba Wright and Hazel "Jackie" Daupert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
